Because checkout is not active, there are currently no website orders to return or refund.

When direct sales open

Before accepting payment, ICREOS will publish the return window, eligibility conditions, return-shipping responsibilities, refund timing, warranty relationship, and any product-specific exclusions. These terms will be shown before purchase and will apply to the relevant sales channel.

Other sales channels

Purchases made through a crowdfunding platform, ecommerce marketplace, authorized distributor, or B2B agreement are governed by the terms displayed or agreed through that channel.
